Solid Documents Announces German, French, Spanish and Chinese Versions of Solid Converter PDF to Word:

Solid Documents, a leading provider of document utility products, today announced an update of Solid Converter PDF to Word v4, the company’s industry leading PDF to Word software. In addition to minor enhancements and improvements, this update includes translation into German, French, Spanish and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). Solid PDF Tools v2, the scanning and PDF/A archiving solution from Solid Documents, has also been updated to include German, French, Spanish and Chinese user interfaces.

From the beginning, Solid Converter® has performed excellent conversions of documents in all PDF international character encodings, including those used in China, Japan and Korea. Solid Converter PDF to Word v4 and Solid PDF Tools v2 are both capable of converting documents in hundreds of languages but until now the user interface was only available in English and Russian.

Solid Converter v3 was translated into the most commonly supported European and Far East languages. Earlier this year Solid Documents released an entirely new application platform which supports WYSIWYG editing features for PDF files. Solid Documents is in the process of translating this new user interface into even more languages and additional updates will follow over the next few months.
